From first contact to follow-up

We define scope, deliverables, timeline and fee in a proposal.
- 03Implementation
We carry out the plan together with your team: financial statements, projections, documentation and systems.
- 04Follow-up
We follow the execution and adjust the plan.

The fee is set in a proposal.
Engagements can be remote or in person.
We start in Florida, with a focus on Brazilian-owned businesses, and we also talk to other small and mid-sized businesses.
