2. Data we collect

What you provide in forms: name, email, phone, company name, state or country of residence, industry, revenue range, number of employees, main need, credit amount range sought, preferred language and the message you write.

Consent record: the date and the version of the text you consented to.

Origin of the visit: campaign parameters (UTM), entry page and referring site, kept in the browser session and sent along with the form.

Browsing: only if you accept measurement cookies, analytics tools record data such as IP address, browser, device and pages visited.

3. What we use it for

• To reply to messages and diagnostic requests.
• To notify people on the waiting list when course enrollment opens.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it, with your consent.
• To meet legal obligations and protect the website against abuse.

4. Basis and consent

We process data based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time, and, where applicable, to respond to a request you made. Non-essential cookies are only activated after you accept.

5. Who we share it with

We use providers that process data on our behalf: hosting, storage of submissions in a database and email sending, all on the hosting server (Hostinger), with the site delivered through Hostinger's own CDN. With your consent, browsing data may also reach Google (Tag Manager and Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity).

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data when required by law.

7. How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above or until you ask for deletion, subject to legal obligations.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, withdraw consent and stop receiving communications by writing to contato@gestfinconsulting.com. If you live in Brazil, the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) also applies; if you live in the U.S., state privacy laws may apply.

We use a secure connection (HTTPS), restricted access to submissions and server-side validation of forms. No system is completely infallible and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Where data is kept

Data is processed on providers' servers that may be in the United States or other countries. If you live outside the U.S., this means an international data transfer.

11. Minors

The website is not directed to people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this Policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
